As I walked into a dimmed, completely packed theater, I smiled at the thought of my two favorite actors- Jon Heder and Will Ferrel merging to create the comedy of all comedies, but I left the theater disappointed and only slightly amused.
Ferrel and Heder co-star in the new comedy Blades of Glory, a story of two rival figure skaters forced to pair up as a team to win the gold. Heder plays Jimmy MacElroy, a former child prodigy, who has his gold taken away after being banned after a violent fight in the rink with Chazz Michael Michaels (Ferrel). This comedy is typical and has a horrible ending, but is entertaining none-the-less. Ferrel and Heder still reign as the King of Comedy and I give this unrealistic movie a B+.
