This is Salad Fingers - David Firth
Advertising
Alright, for starters, everyone close to me like my family, friends, even my girlfriend calls me "disturbed" for my taste of music, shows and movies that have genres of horror and psycholigical horror
Why? Well it's just my favorite of everything. I'ts my art and style as well. I write my own stories and make cartoons of these too and I just enjoy the adrenaline, suspense, mostly the fear and the rush of it all! It's amazing.
Okay so back to the animation, Salad Fingers. What is it? Well for sure it's not actual salad for fingers -- haha.
What's it about? Well this is pretty good in my point of view. It has its own story like to anyone who sees it so I'll explain the best I can.
Watch the episodes (at least 9). It revolves around a man or creature with large fingers and lives in a post-apocalypse world, possibly remains from "The Great War." He is alone in a shack-like house. Well at least to him he isn't alone. He talks to his finger puppets as if they were real and hallucinates. Each episode feels as if whatever he does shows us how his life was before he lost his mind.
Just watch the show! :). Go to Newgrounds.com and type the words "salad fingers" or on YouTube. Remember watch at your own risk, unless your too easily creeped out or scared. :)
