In general, when people hear global warming they think about the environment and how humans are the main reason for it happening. Scientist’s everywhere study the ice caps melting and the Earth’s temperature rising to show the effects of global warming, but is it really necessary to worry about Global Warming and change the way we live?

Global Warming is exactly what it sounds like, the Earth warming. Since scientist have discovered that the earth has been warming they have blamed it on humans, but are we really the ones to blame? Scientist have blamed the earth’s warming on things that we do in our everyday lives. Some things the scientist have said to be the cause of global warming are burning fossil fuels releasing CO2 from driving a car, turning on an air conditioning or heating unit, and eating foods that are locally out of season and shipped in from other parts of the country or world.

Three main human causes, but are they any match to what nature has been contributing to global warming for who knows how long. Humans may contribute some causes to the earth warming, but nature takes the rest of the cake. CO2 is a naturally-occurring compound that provides food for plants, and that animals breathe it out. Along with these, decaying organic material, and volcanic eruptions release CO2 as well. None of these have to do with humans, according to ORACLE ThingQuest Education Foundation.

Other natural causes of global warming are water vapor, and solar cycles and cosmic rays. Water vapor may sound harmless and seem like no cause of global warming but water vapor is the most prevalent gas that traps and increases CO2 emissions. Along with water vapor, solar cycles and cosmic rays cause at least 14 percent of global warming according to a scientific study group in Europe.

Global warming is not a human cause and should not be worried about like everybody has been. Global warming is a natural cause and has been happening for decades now with only a small percentage of human cause.
