New middle school soccer coach Jake Coffman is really enjoying his first head coaching position ever. He was previously an assistant for 4 years for the high school soccer team and is really starting to consider working with the high school team more next season. In addition, he could make the full switch to the high school head coaching position. He will recognize everyone on the team as he has worked with the up and coming freshmen that are currently on the middle school team. Having experience with all of the kids on the team is really key for them possibly taking him as their new head coach. It appears that it could turn out to be a pretty comfortable switch for players and coach. It is not quite concrete on whether he will indeed take the high school position as well is still up in the air, but it appears to be a prospect of conversation for the school to make this decision. When speaking with him he seemed as if he was optimistic about his chances of become a high school head coach and seemed to enjoy the prospect of coaching a team he once played for.
