After a real slow start, the baseball team is
looking to recover and start winning some games. With a few pretty close games,
the Indians are still looking for their first win. They still have at least one
game left against every team in their conference, except for the conference
leaders, Rising Sun Shiners. The Indians still look to improve on the defensive
end of the field to compete in sectionals. The team to beat in sectionals will
most likely be the South Ripley Raiders who have a pretty decent record so far.
The Indians still have time to redeem themselves this season though with ten
games left. With the second half of the season coming up, hopefully the team
can pull things together in time for sectionals.
