Talking to your crush can be hard and nerve wrecking for many students at Dobie Jr. High, like Jordin L. and Kelvin N.                                                             
     “He makes me happy with butterflies,” Jordin L. said.
    This is how many girls feel when they see their crush walking down the hallway or on the other side of the classroom. Some girls get nervous around their crush and downplay their feelings because they are afraid that guy won’t feel the same way they feel about them. Some tell their crush but then regret it because he does not like them back. Then there are girls who tell their crush, and they both have feelings for each other, so they begin to date.                            
    “I don’t date mean girls, but the girl I like is mean,” Kelvin N. said. 
    He isn’t the only guy who faces this problem. Many other guys like a girl, but she has a flaw that completely turns them off. Guys don’t have strong feelings for a girl the way she may have for him. He may have feelings, but is afraid to show them because it might make him feel like less of a man.                                                                         
    “The guy I like is datable because he is sweet,” Jordin L. said.
     This is another reason a girl might fall for a guy.
