Junior Courtney Jantzen takes the ball down the right side of the field before crossing the ball to senior Abby Sprinkel. Sprinkel scored following the assist during the state championship final at Washington College on Nov. 13. This was the first time since 1986 that the Lions have made it to the state field hockey finals. The Lions lost to the Westminster Owls 5-4 in overtime.
