Matthew Stafford had a disappointing game against the Bears and threw four interceptions. He should be back to his normal potential this week and rack up some points against a weak Carolina defense. Aaron Rodgers has been flawless the past few games, and should continue to torture defenses. Matt Schaub had a season ending injury after suffering a foot fracture in his game against the Buccaneers, and Michael Vick fractured his ribs and his status for Sunday is doubtful.
The Bills have been declining and with the loss of their center Eric Wood, their running game will take a hit as well. Adrian Peterson may have been contained by the Packers, but plan for him to go off against the Raiders. Michael Bush had a great game, but will split time with Darren McFadden with his return. Frank Gore was taken out of the game and did not play for the remaining half, but reports indicate that he has been walking around fine and should play in his game against the Cardinals.
Wes Welker was stranded on Revis island this past Sunday, and was limited to few catches. Prepare for him to return to his typical all-star status this Sunday. Cardinal’s wide receiver, Larry Fitzgerald, may not get the recognition he deserves because he is on the west coast. He was very productive against the disappointing Eagles. Rob Gronkowski continues to confirm that he is the focal point of the Patriot’s offense.
Teams that have a bye this week are the Colts, Texans, Saints, and Steelers.
See you next week for advice on week 12!
