A Hancock County school bus caught fire last Wednesday afternoon. There were a line of cars waiting to turn into Tomlinson Run State Park when a guy came flying down the road on a motorcycle and didn’t see the line of cars. He hit the back car and flew over them with his bike and landed under the bus and his bike went up in flames. Jeffrey Brennan was only 44 when he died. They say he died on impact of the first car and he was wearing a helmet. The school bus was in the opposite lane on its way to pick kids up from school and take them home. No kids were on the bus when this happened and the bus driver didn’t get injured in the accident either and made it out. The crash was reported just before 3 p.m. on Route 8 near Tomlinson Run State Park.
