Open house is scheduled for Tuesday September 20; it will start in the cafeteria with an opening session at 6:30 p.m. from the PTSA.
After the meeting finishes all visitors will be able to meet teachers until 8:30 p.m.
New Assistant Principal Luis Solorio, after being on campus only two weeks, part time, is gearing up for his first high school open house. With the new schedule, new administrators, and new policies putting together the open house has really been “a team effort,” Mr. Solorio said.
With the mini gym still under renovation all teachers that teach in the portables, CATE building, or gym will report to the library to meet parents, unless already arranged.
Regardless of the minor changes of rooms and time slots “it should be okay,” Mr. Solorio said, who is expecting it to run smoothly.
