Mr. Cieplicki enjoys helping people; in fact it is the most important things of all to him.

“My favourite part of my job is reacting with students and help them to accomplish their goal” Mr Cieplicki who is one of the faculty members at Rice said. Mr. Cieplicki is an Athletic Director and Dean of Students at Rice. He has been working at Rice since the first of July 2011. He is an Alumnus and he really enjoyed high school, therefore he likes other students to enjoy and make a good place for study at Rice.

One of Mr. Cieplicki’s best memories is when he came back to Rice after a long time and got a job at Rice. He applied as Dean of Students and when he got accepted he was really happy to come to a place where he grew up and had lots of memories. “He is the same person that I knew 30 years ago but more mature” Lisa Barron the receptionist at Rice, who was also his Rice schoolmate,  said. Mr Cieplicki graduated from Rice High School. He is married to one of his classmate and has three children, a daughter and two sons.  He has a good life and is always happy to help others.

“The hardest part of my job is imposing the discipline. I do not think that I do great at it but I try to be better at it,” he said. He is very supportive and friendly with students. Though at times he may seem shy, he has a close relationship with Rice students and always welcomes them with a warm smile at the front door every morning.

“He enjoys working with students and he is good at it. He is well respected and treats every one fairly no matter who they are and what they do. He is serious when he needs to be. He is very spiritual person.”  Ms. Barron said.

“I have been shocked by kindness and cooperation of students. They are very gracious,” he said.

Mr. Cieplicki also volunteers with at the correctional center. He tries to help the inmates and their families. Besides his job he enjoys his family.  “He likes to eat at Al’s restaurant.” Ms. Barron said.

You did a fantastic job using lots of quotes, however you might want to be careful about using too many, they can obscure a point you're trying to make. That being said, you did a wonderful job of reenforcing the point at every possible opportunity and making sure to convey to the reader that Cieplicki is now a more mature person than he used to be and is taking his job seriously.

I love how she talked about the things he likes outside of Rice but somehow combined it all together to relate back to his Rice Career. The use of quotes really adds to the article. Good job!
