We have many hard workers here at Ider High School. After a number of years of giving to the kids, many of the workers decide to give in to retirement. After driving a bus for 29 years, Enos Durham will be retiring this spring as well as Robbin Giles who drove for 27 years. Robbin says she loved every minute with her kids. Mr. Wayne Lance drove a bus for 17 1/2 years at Ider. Evelyn Mays, a beloved cafeteria worker, is retiring after 33 years of hard work and dedication. Last, but not least, Mrs. Betty Hawes, a reading coach and K-2 teacher, retired at the beginning of this school year after 29 years at Ider School. We appreciate all the work these people have put into this school and will miss them after they are gone.
