1. What are your thoughts on Mr. Zawyer’s announcement about his retirement?
“It will definitely be a terrible loss to the Miami Dade County Public School System. Mr. Zawyer will be missed dearly, but he knows what is best for him.”
2. How do you believe Mr. Zawyer’s announcement will affect MAST @Homestead?
“In many ways Mr. Zaywer’s announcement will affect MAST. Everything will be different without him, but we must do everything in our power to keep making him proud.”
3. What are your biggest worries about hiring a new Principal for MAST?
“I have no worries about hiring a new Principal for MAST since I know the new Principal we hire will be more than qualified for the position.”
4. How have you grown as an Assistant Principal from the 2010-2011 school year to the 2011-2012 school year?
“I now know more about how an Assistant Principal is supposed to do things. My staff and students have helped me to become the best Assistant Principal I can be.”
5. What advice will you give to the students at MAST @ Homestead?
“Never give in, always try your best, because in the long run all of your hard work will pay off tremendously. Remember to always question everything."
