Are you ready for your big tests?? I bet not! But, no worries, I’m here to help you BECOME ready for them!
- Eat healthy. What you eat is actually a really big deal. Especially the day OF your testing. Breakfast is important. If you don’t you will be tired and not focused. A good breakfast would be cereal or oatmeal with banana slices on top. If you decide to add sugar, only use a small amount!
- Take A Break. Put on some calming music. Happy! NOT talking about negative things. Just lay down or sit, close your eyes and just not think for about, at least, half an hour.
- Don’t Stress. Stress only builds up worry. If you worry then you probably won’t be able to focus during studying much.
- Get Enough Sleep. Sleep is a very big thing. Again, it will cloud your mind if you don’t have the right amount of rest.
My last advice, just stay calm. If you worry, it won’t do any good. So good luck, fellow Spartans!
