Summer is almost here and we are just dying to get school over! We only have 1 and a half week of school left and we are all stressed over if we are going to have to take summer school or trying to bring up grades at the last minute. Summer is the time for us to chill by the pool, kick back with the friends, and shop till we drop us girls love to say. Summer is a good way to forget all the drama, to forget all the school work, and the time to sleep in. We all are probably thinking thank goodness we finally get to sleep in after this long year of waking up early sitting in school for hours of nothing but learning. Looking back onto the school year there has been good times and a lot of boring times. The good times is when all the school body got together and made amazing pep rally, we have won a lot of games, we have had a fun Black and Gold day, we have had a very talented school talent show, fun fundraisers, many school teams have gone onto championships and won and lost, and the most important thing coming up is recognizing the seniors that are leaving us and moving onto bigger and better things. One day that will be us, we may have three years left, two, or one, but us Commandos are one big family. We celebrate together, we laugh together, we learn together, we cry together, we share moments together, we grow up together, and we leave and watch people come and go into our school. We are about to end the year, leaving everything behind us and about to start another year of school. The seniors are leaving and the juniors about to step up and take the big role in school, being the role models for all of us. Even though we are loosing close friends, lets enjoy summer and start over a new year making bigger and better memories here at Hendersonville High School.(:
