Today you do not make it very far without seeing someone with a cell phone in their hand. Cell phones have changed the way we receive information, get news broadcasts, and other important information. However, though they are quite the useful object, they can become a bit of a distraction. While attending school a student can become rather occupied with the use of their phone instead of their school work. This can result in several problems like lower grades and being less attentive to class. Phones not only affect students but adults as well. While on the job you can become too occupied with what is going on in a friend’s life than what you are required to give your attention. The use of a cellular phone is very handy but should be limited or put aside during work or attending school to prevent problems within those places such as failing or the loss of a job.
