Food is something we need daily. In my opinion, there are two types of food: junk food, and healthy food. It is our ultimately our choice what we eat. Many teenagers today eat more junk food than healthy food, and that may be the reason many aren't healthy. According to statistics, teens are more likely to be obese than any other age group.
Obesity causes health problems such as diabetes, sleep apnea, cardiac arrests, and the list goes on. Teenagers suffer from this disease due to not being able to control their eating habits. Many don't care about their health until something negative results from the lack of personal care. We should all be concerned about what we eat to avoid getting a disease that'll last our whole lifetime.
