As time has gone by each year we have to say goodbye to our fellow classmates. The class of 2010 got to experience their last year in a different way. Having to get use to a new school, new teachers and losing some of the best teachers Skyline High could ever ask for we must say our goodbyes. The class of 2010 took their last year by the horns. “The majority of my friends are seniors. Its going to be really hard to say goodbye to them,” stated Kayla Garcia (junior). Senior year went by an blink of an eye. Found memories were made over the past four years from making new friends to saying goodbye.
“It really sucks to have to say goodbye to everyone, we might see each other sometimes but this is the end and we won’t be able to see each other everyday,” stated Dominique King (junior). We have loved and lost, made and lost friends. “One of my fondest memories of freshmen year was making marsh mellow babies in science class with my friend Aubrey,” stated Ryan Wapple (junior). “I remember having to walk into a huge school and not knowing where to go or where my classes were. I’m going to miss high school but I’m excited for college,” stated Rudy Maldonado (senior). “To me saying goodbye is going to be the hardest thing because I’m moving and I won’t see my friends again. I wish I didn’t have to say goodbye but I guess its our time to fly,” stated Maria De La Cruz (senior).
Goodbyes are always the hardest thing do especially when your not ready to say your goodbyes. For many of our seniors our goodbyes will be the toughest thing to do because they will be leaving the state or the country. Where ever our seniors may go may they remember who they are (Skyline Falcons). “To all my senior friends I hope that their goals in life are accomplished and for them to stay strong no matter how hard life gets,” stated Austin Roberts (junior). Goodbye class of 2010 its time to fly and see the world. May life take you on great adventures.
