Our own swimming Dragons took off with great speed at the beginning of this swim season, taking an easy 4-0 lead before losing to our arch rivals Hutch Tech and City Honors. Now, with our placement being 7-2, we hope to finish the season with another third place victory over the Mckinley Macks.

This as been, without doubt, one of da Vinci's best swim seasons, blowing nearly all the competition out of the water. Our very own Dragons obtained a small lead at City Honors for about 4 of our races. I am honored and proud to be on such a strong team. Though we may not be the best out there, I feel that we are the most enthusiastic and without a doubt, we have the most fun.

I wish our team the best of luck at the McKinley meet, and I also want to personally recognize our Seniors. You have all carried us thus far, please carry us to another successful season. For I will be in your position some day, and I wish to be as strong as you are all.
